You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, requests made more than 14 days after delivery cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.

👕 Made-to-Order Production
RAFAE SHOP™ produces apparel after an order is placed to maintain premium quality standards and reduce unnecessary waste.
Because production begins shortly after purchase, orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to customer misuse, washing errors, or improper care

Items returned without original packaging

Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control

Minor variations in print placement, color, or sizing that are within normal manufacturing tolerances

Approved refunds will be issued for the eligible amount once the return has been received and inspected
